Master colour proportioning units are used for accurate mixing of all free flowing granular or powder materials at the throat of the process M/c. The short distance between the dosing and processing ensures perfectly mixed materials at the throat of extruder. The master colour doser, can be synchronised with the main process machine with extreme accuracy. Test sample can be taken and checked. Neckpiece can be obtained in various sizes. Longer neckpieces are used to avoid obstruction on the production machines and can be provided with closing slides. Special neeck pieces as per drawing can be supplied.

Synchronization :
May be Synchronized with related process m/c or run independently.
